- What is a credit?
- One credit is one second of generated audio. A 2-minute song uses 120 credits, and if you ask for 2 variations it uses 240. Credits reset with each billing period.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. You can switch plans from your billing page at any time, with the difference prorated, or cancel and keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. First payments can be refunded within 14 days under the refund policy.
- What does the commercial license cover?
- Tracks made on a paid plan can be used in monetized videos, podcasts, ads, games and streaming releases. Free-plan tracks are for personal use. The full terms are on the license page.
- Do I get credits back if a song fails?
- Yes. If a generation fails for any reason, the credits it reserved return to your balance automatically.
- Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
- Yes. One-time top-ups of 200, 600 or 1,500 credits are available from the billing page on any plan.
