This policy explains what personal data MusicVivo collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, and your name and profile image if you sign in with Google.
- Content: prompts, lyrics you paste, and the music, lyrics files and covers generated for you.
- Billing data: your plan, credit history and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used and basic device information, used to run and improve the product.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: sign-in, generating and storing your music, billing.
- To keep it safe: preventing abuse, fraud and credit misuse.
- To communicate: sign-in links, receipts and important service messages.
- To improve it: aggregated analytics about which features are used.
Who processes it
We use service providers acting on our instructions: cloud hosting (Hetzner, Germany), content delivery and storage (Cloudflare), music generation infrastructure (iVCreator), payments (Creem, merchant of record), email delivery (Amazon Web Services) and Google for sign-in. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data and your generated music are kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. When you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. Analytics cookies are used only to understand aggregate usage.
