These terms apply to musicvivo.com and the MusicVivo studio ("MusicVivo", "we"). By creating an account or generating music you agree to them. If you use MusicVivo for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
1. Accounts
You need an account to generate music. You must be at least 16 years old, keep your sign-in secure, and give accurate information. One person or organisation per account; do not share or resell access.
2. Credits
- One credit equals one second of generated audio. Generating a track reserves its credits when you press record.
- If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Plan credits are added each billing period. Top-up credits are added once when payment succeeds.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem, which may add taxes for your country. You can switch plans (prorated) or cancel from your billing page; after cancelling, paid features remain until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.
4. Your content and the music you generate
You keep the rights to prompts and lyrics you provide. Your rights to generated music depend on your plan and are described in the Music license. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or paste.
5. Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that incites violence.
- No imitation of real, identifiable artists' voices, or prompts designed to reproduce existing copyrighted songs.
- No automated scraping, credit abuse, or attempts to bypass plan limits or security.
We may refuse prompts, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Service
We work to keep MusicVivo available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every generation will meet your expectations. Generated audio is produced by machine learning models and may contain errors. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, MusicVivo is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Licenses for music you generated on a paid plan survive account deletion. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
